Instructions for oral and poster presentations
Authors:
Please note that
registration of at least one author is required
in order for the paper to be included in the
proceedings. The author registration deadline
is April 30th, 2002.
The review process for the papers has been finished and a
list of accepted papers is available
in the Papers-section of this website.
Authors: Please revise your papers according to
the reviewers' comments and resubmit the paper before April 15th, 2002.
The conference paper upload site www.aes.org/22nd_authors has been reopened for uploading revised papers.
The Author's
Guide contains all necessary information to
prepare and submit paper to the
conference.
At the
moment, the Guide includes:
List of
invited and accepted papers will appear on the
papers section after the
review process has been finished.
Paper
Submission Instructions:

Write the
manuscript of your FULL PAPER using a
MS Word, RTF or LaTeX template that you will
find here. We strongly recommend using a
template or, if you cannot use them, to
follow the layout rules precisely.

Upload
your manuscript to the AES conference
publications site www.aes.org/22nd_authors.
The preferred format is PDF but a number of
other formats can be used as well. Detailed
instructions are found on the upload
site.
Note!
only papers in electronic form are accepted.

All
submissions must have been received not later
than January 31st, 2002. This time schedule
is a strict deadline. Revised versions (according
to reviewer comments) should be uploaded April 15th, 2002
at the latest.

The
manuscripts will follow a layout similar to
other AES conferences. The number of pages is
limited to 4-10 but if your manuscript will
exceed 10 pages, you must obtain permission
from the papers chair first.
