Friday, June 14th, 2002, 19.30 - 23.00 Welcome reception, Nokia Research Center, Ruoholahti, Helsinki

A presentation and musical performance at the reception was provided by Koistinen Kantele

Saturday, June 15th, 2002, 17.30 - 24.00 The Finnish Experience

The Experience consisted of two parts: first a classical concert at the Helsinki Conservatory concert hall followed by traditional Finnish cuisine. The second part was a sauna evening at The Finnish Sauna Society with a very relaxed atmosphere and outdoor barbeque.

Sunday, June 16th, 2002, 18.30 - 23.00 Banquet, Suomenlinna Island, Helsinki

The banquet included a boat ride from Espoo to restaurant Walhalla in Suomenlinna. The champagne served at the boat, was courtesy of City of Espoo. After a very good dinner, some extraordinary music was performed by Alamaailman Vasarat.
