ConGAS is a COST action targeted to the advancement of the development of different gesture data capture and analysis
techniques used to control digital sound processing systems. COST stands for European Co-operation in the field of Scientific and Technical Research.
More than 10 European countries (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom)
and Canada will participate in this COST Action. During 4 years, the partners will work on capture and analysis methods,
gesture devices, and multidisciplinary applications. The actual collaboration will be based on three Working Groups. On a national
level, an Interest Group meets and exchanges ideas.
