PAYMENT
All payments should be made in Finnish Marks (FIM) or Euros
(EUR). Please check that your name and ICAD2001 is clearly legible in
order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered. Payment
should be submitted together with the registration form, using one of
the following means of payment:

Payment should be free of any bank handling charges to the receiver
e.g. all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer
must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the
beneficiary's agent. Personal or company cheques cannot be accepted.
Credit cards
Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard are accepted.
Kindly indicate clearly:
- card type, number and expiry date of your card
- card verfication value number (CVV/CVC) i.e. the three last digits on the card signature panel on the reverse side of your card;
- billing address and the total sum of the registration form in FIM or EUR.

Confirmation of registration
A confirmation letter of your registration and reservations will be sent to you by
TSG-Congress.

The Registration desk will be open at the Helsinki University of Technology
as follows:

- Tuesday 31 July 2001, between 8.00-16.00
- Wednesday 1 August, 2001, between 8.00-15.30
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation during the Conference has been reserved at the following
hotels and hostel. The hotels offer special room rates which are
valid only for reservations made with the attached registration
form. The room rates include VAT and breakfast. Since only a fixed
number of rooms have been reserved, TSG-Congress will operate on a
"first come - first served" basis with incoming requests.

HOTEL/HOSTEL DEPOSIT
To guarantee your hotel/hostel reservation a hotel deposit of FIM 1000
(EUR 168,19) is required. The hostel deposit is FIM 500 (EUR
84,09). The deposit should be paid together with registration
payments. The rest of the accommodation payment should be paid
directly to the hotel/hostel and the deposit paid will be credited on
your final hotel/hostel bill when checking out. Your hotel/hostel
reservation will be confirmed when TSG-Congress has received your
deposit. All alterations or cancellations to accommodation
reservations should be informed to TSG-Congress in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of participation
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to TSG-Congress.
If cancellation is received by 29 June 2001 the registration fee less a cancellation fee of FIM 1000 (EUR 168,19) will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 29 June 2001. There is no refund for no-shows.
Hotel cancellation
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to TSG-Congress.
If cancellation is received by TSG-Congress by 29 June 2001 payment will be refunded in full less a handling charge of FIM 200 (EUR 33,64). No refund of the hotel payment will be issued for cancellations after 29 June 2001.
